Refunds for courses and bundles are available within 90 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • No more than 50% of the lessons included in the purchased course(s) or bundle have been accessed.
  • A written refund request is submitted to support@skills.exotic-tech.club, clearly stating your full name, purchase details, and the reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Once a refund is approved, access to the relevant course(s) or bundle will be revoked immediately.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions or are found to be inconsistent with our terms of use.
