At ExoticSkills ("we," "us"), we strive to provide a positive learning experience, but we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted, the process for submitting a refund request, and additional compliance requirements.

Refunds apply to purchases made through NEW_NAME.com (the "Website"), an educational platform operated by Rivoto LTD, registered at C/O GREENWOODS LEGAL SERVICES LIMITED, Queens House, 55-56 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, United Kingdom, WC2A 3LJ. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • No more than 50% of the lessons in the purchased course(s) or bundle have been accessed.

Refunds apply exclusively to purchases made directly through the Website and are subject to this policy.

Submitting a Refund Request

Refund requests must comply with the following criteria:

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to support@skills.exotic-tech.club.
  • The submitted request should include the full name, purchase details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will only be accepted from the individual who made the purchase ("you," "user").

Processing Refunds

Here’s what to expect during the refund process:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • Upon approval, access to the refunded course(s) or bundle will be immediately revoked.

We may contact you for additional information if required to complete your refund request.

Compliance with AML Regulations

To comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, ExoticSkills reserves the right to:

  • Verify the identity of users requesting refunds and request additional documentation if necessary.
  • Refuse refund requests that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or inconsistent with AML laws.
  • Report suspicious activity to the relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval to ensure compliance with AML and other applicable regulations.

Exclusions and Limitations

Refunds will not be granted for purchases that fail to meet the conditions outlined above. ExoticSkills reserves the right to decline refund requests that are inconsistent with this policy or our Terms and Conditions.
